More About Me

 Hi, Shining Soul

I’m Rebecca, Virtual Project  Manager, Ops Assistant, VA Team Lead, Consciousness & Afterlife Enthusiast

I’ve been a Project Manager assisting online Life, Executive, and Spiritual Coaches, OBMs, Virtual Agencies and teams, & other online professionals for several years now. I started working as an Online Assistant in 2009 for service based businesses, and really started getting out there in 2015 after going back to college to finish my business degree while working with the President of Online Academics as her Virtual Assistant.

What do I actually do?

I am a multi-passionate entrepreneur. I can’t just do ONE thing, I would feel like I was only “half” me!
But, in a nutshell, I streamline and coordinate virtual assistant agencies. I lead and manage talented virtual assistant teams, while ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. From setting up project boards and mapping out timelines to designing onboarding forms and welcome packages, I’m here to make your life easier. I’m passionate about creating an environment where your team can thrive, productivity can soar, and your business can flourish—all while providing the friendly, approachable support you need. Every document will be at your fingertips.  EVERYTHING, will take half the time, because every step will be mapped out for you to use now, or when you’re ready.

If you’re frustrated, overwhelmed, or have too many irons in the fire (or too many spinning plates). . . there’s no better time to GET ORGANIZED!!

Why Choose Me to help?

○ I have extensive experience doing everything I offer, I’ve managed it, done it, or set it up myself.
○ I am passionate about what I do, loving what I do motivates me to get things done.
○ Working with so many female coaches, who specialize in diverse niches, has given me comprehensive skill and knowledge. It doesn’t stop there, not only in their field, I’ve gained detailed knowledge in each step of running an online business from launch, through successfully thriving and all in between!
○ I believe in communication, and teamwork~ this is what moves the needle. At the same time, I’m most productive when I’m working independently.
○ I’ve experienced abuse, trauma, and child-loss. I have a deep, empathetic understanding of people, I realize that everyone deserves kindness.

I’m not surprised that I found my passion in Project Management. I have always been concerned with organizing the little things, especially making sure they were in chronological order. We all try to figure out what our “passion” is, so growing up in an entrepreneurial family plus knowing I wanted to work from home, was the perfect combination to become a project manager. After graduating from college, I sought business coaching, where I learned my primary strengths include organization management, leadership, information management, problem-solving, and you guessed it. . . Intuition!

I took a Project Management course online, but it took a few years to transition into the role of Project Manager. At first, I focused on Social Media Management and general support.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with a college, 2 marketing firms, The Honest Company, OBMs, a home appraiser, contractor, virtual assistant teams/agencies, many diverse niches of coaches. Each role I’ve had has taught me many soft skills, while strengthening my business skills and experience.

I continue to learn, grow, and take online courses.

Rebecca was an asset in every way.

As part of our community, support, and social media teams, Rebecca was an asset in every way. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly personality were all valued by the company and her team. I would welcome her to any team I had in the future.

...something you, as a potential client, should know.

There have been many instances in which I didn’t ask for a formal testimonial, or jot down compliments. In the past, I have seldom  asked to use compliments publically. I have received many along the way, and have even had clients offer raises, and putting me in bigger roles, without being asked. Though this is uncommon,  I felt this was something you, as a potential client, should know.

More about me:

I have 3 adult kids, one is in spirit. I am a Nannan- I enjoy this more than anything in life.

I am a cat lady- I’ve always been the one in the neighborhood that makes sure strays are fed, and, the one that ends up with new adoptees 🙂

I love the solace of the ocean, it feels like home. Sunshine warms my soul.

When I’m not working or learning a new skill, you will find me with my grandkids, watching a movie, or learning more about quantum physics. . .     and what I have learned has contributed to saving my life after losing my son.

I used to love to be on the go, shopping, traveling, eating out. But now, I just like peace and nature.
