More About Me
Hi, I’m Rebecca
I’m Rebecca, Online Business Coordinator.
For over a decade I have worked inside virtual assistant agencies and online service based businesses, managing teams, building operational structure, developing policies, and making sure the day to day actually runs the way it should. I started as an online assistant in 2009, went back to college to finish my business degree, and have been doing this work across agencies of every size since.

What do I actually do?
What I actually do is walk into a business where things are running on instinct and informal systems, and I build the foundation that makes everything else work.
That looks like onboarding processes that are clearly defined so every client and team member gets the same experience. Policies that set expectations before problems arise. Team structure where accountability exists without the owner having to manage every detail. Project boards that reflect how work actually flows. Check-ins that catch what is slipping before it reaches the client.
I work primarily with virtual assistant agencies and small online service teams, including coaches and conscious leaders who are good at what they do but need someone steady on the operational side.
The platforms I work in are Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Dubsado, and Bonsai.

Why Choose Me to help?
Everything I offer comes from having actually done it. I have managed teams, written the policies that are tailored for the business model, built the project boards, handled the client communication, caught the problems before they became disasters, and stepped into roles where none of that existed yet and built it from scratch.
I work independently, I communicate directly, and I stay close enough to both the owner and the team to know what is actually happening inside the business. That is what makes the difference between someone who manages tasks and someone who manages outcomes.
More about me:
I have 3 adult kids, one is in spirit. I am a Nannan- I enjoy this more than anything in life.
I am a cat lady- I’ve always been the one in the neighborhood that makes sure strays are fed, and, the one that ends up with new adoptees 🙂
I love the solace of the ocean, it feels like home. Sunshine warms my soul.
When I am not working you will find me with my grandkids, deep in something about quantum physics or consciousness, or outside where it is quiet. Losing my son reshaped how I move through everything. It is part of why I value order, intention, and doing things with care. That comes into my work too.
That handles the grief reference naturally, connects it to your professional values without making it a grief coaching pitch, and is honest without being heavy.
